GAGME

(GracePoint Allergy Group: Meals & Encouragement)

Have you ever wondered if cooking allergy-free food would taste good? Do you often feel bloated, tired, and/or nauseas after eating? Have you been told that you need to cook without using ingredients such as wheat, gluten, dairy, etc.? If so, then this is the group for you!

GAGME is a resource support group that meets monthly to discuss and learn about cooking allergy-free.

We offer special speakers, cooking demonstrations, samples and recipes, along with resources which include helpful websites, reading material and places to shop. We also have round table discussions where we share our personal successes and failures.

GAGMEmeets the third Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Common Grounds Café. Come and find out what we are about and bring a friend. Cost is $10 per class. You can sign up and pay in advance for the GAGME events at the Event Registration Center located in the lower lobby.
