Facility Use Requests
GracePoint events begin with submitting a Facility Use Request (FUR). Here are some helpful tips and steps to take when planning an event (either onsite or offsite).
- Contact our Administrative Assistant (office@exploregracepoint.com) to check your desired date(s) against the church calendar and room/resource availability.
- Submit a FUR form for all events (on-site and off-site) at least two weeks in advance of your event.
- If you are submitting a FUR for an event taking place from now through October 31, please use the FUR form listed below:
If you are submitting a FUR for an event taking place after October 31 (this includes events starting before the end of October that will continue throughout the next several months), please fill out this FUR form with our new room locations listed:
